1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

  • Please note: During high-volume periods or new drops, processing times may experience slight delays.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (Egypt)

We offer reliable shipping across all governorates in Egypt. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Cairo & Giza: * Estimated Delivery: 3–5 Business Days

    • Cost: FREE EGP

  • Alexandria & Delta Governorates: * Estimated Delivery: 5–7 Business Days

    • Cost: 120 EGP

We offer FREE standard shipping on all domestic orders over 2000 EGP!)

3. International Shipping

Currently, VORO ships exclusively within Egypt. We are actively working on expanding our logistics to bring our performance wear to athletes worldwide. Stay tuned to our social media for updates on international shipping. (Note: If you do plan to ship internationally right away, you can change this to state that international rates are calculated at checkout).

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time frame, please contact us at [Insert Support Email, e.g., support@vorosportswear.com] with your name and order number, and we will look into it immediately.

5. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

VORO is not responsible for packages returned or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your checkout details carefully. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, reach out to our support team ASAP, and we will do our best to update it before the package is dispatched.
